The Mansion

Monday to Thursday, daytime, Basic. Add a refundable $500 deposit, plus $300 security if the event is booked into the evening, runs on into it, or serves alcohol.
Daytime and evening are part-day slots. Full day runs 10am to 1am the following morning. Setup and breakdown are included inside your booked hours.

The Dome
Upstairs, about 2,000 sq ft, sized for 80 guests or fewer. Its own large marble bar and its own washroom, sharing the Mansion's prep kitchen. The same price every day of the week — no weekend premium.

A Tuesday in the Dome costs exactly what a Saturday costs. If your guest list is 80 or under, this is usually the right room as well as the cheaper one.

The $300 security fee is mandatory for any event booked into the evening, any event that runs on into the evening, and any event serving alcohol. A daytime event that finishes in the afternoon and serves no alcohol does not carry it.
Questions people ask before booking
What does the price actually include?
Private hire of the space for your booked hours, banquet tables and Chiavari chairs, the 3D video wall, setup and breakdown, and on-site support staff. Set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours, so build that into the slot you choose.
Is there a cheaper option than the Mansion?
Yes. The Dome upstairs is sized for 80 guests or fewer and starts at $1,200 for a daytime booking, at the same price every day of the week. If your guest list is 80 or under it is usually the better room as well as the cheaper one.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Bring your own caterer, your own music and your own decor. There is no approved-supplier list, and there is a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen on the ground floor.
What are the extra costs?
A refundable $500 security deposit, a $300 professional security fee, and 3D video mapping between $0 and $500 if you want it. The security fee is mandatory for any event booked into the evening, any event that runs on into the evening, and any event serving alcohol; a daytime event with no alcohol does not carry it. Nothing else is mandatory.
Do weekday events really cost less?
Yes, on the Mansion. A Monday to Thursday daytime booking starts at $2,500 against $3,500 on a Saturday. The Dome is the exception — it is the same price every day.
Will another event be running at the same time?
No. Only one event runs in the building at a time, so whichever floor you book, the venue belongs to your guests for the day.
