The Hendrix monogram on the floor of The Mansion with lounge seating and floral installations, Stafford, Houston

The Mansion · Ground floor at The Hendrix

Nearly ten thousand square feet, and all of it yours.

300 seated or 350 standing, with the main bar, the prep kitchen and both getting-ready suites. One event runs here at a time.

From $2,500 · free guest parking · 20 minutes from downtown Houston

The room most Houston weddings are actually looking for.

Three hundred people seated, with a dance floor in the middle and no pillars cutting the room in half. The ceiling is high enough for a balloon arch or a floral installation to mean something.

There is a grand staircase for the entrance, a main bar, and a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen for whichever caterer you bring. The bride’s and groom’s suites are on this floor, so nobody is carrying a dress up a staircase.

Bring your own caterer, your own decorator and your own playlist. Or take one of the three packages and hand the evening over.

And only one event runs in this building at a time. No folding wall, no competing DJ, no strangers in the back of your photographs.

Questions people ask about the Mansion

How many guests does the Mansion hold?

300 seated or 350 standing, across 9,930 sq ft on the ground floor. If your list is 80 or fewer, the Dome upstairs is usually the better room.

What does it cost?

From $2,500 for a Monday to Thursday daytime booking on the Basic package, up to $6,000 for a full day on Premium. Use the calculator below for your exact combination.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. Bring your own caterer, your own music and your own decor. There is no approved-supplier list, and the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen is on this floor.

Is there somewhere to get ready?

Yes, a bride's suite and a groom's suite, both on this floor, used as family rooms for any event type.

Will another event be running upstairs?

No. Only one event runs in the building at a time, so the whole venue belongs to your guests for the day.

What is included in the hire?

Private hire for your booked hours, banquet tables and Chiavari chairs, the 3D video wall, setup and breakdown, and on-site support staff. Setup and breakdown happen inside your booked hours.
