Stafford · Minutes from Sugar Land
Her fifteenth, in a room that looks the part.
Up to 300 guests, your own caterer and your own music, and a 3D video wall behind the entrance.
From $2,500 · Free guest parking · 20 minutes from downtown Houston
The entrance, the vals, the whole night.
A quinceañera is not a party in a hall. It is a procession, a court, a father-daughter waltz, a changing of shoes, and four hundred photographs that will be looked at for the next thirty years. The room has to hold all of that without feeling like a room you rented.
Bring your own caterer. No approved list and no markup on your food bill, so the family kitchen that has cooked for every celebration since she was born can cook for this one too.
Only one event runs in the building at a time, so the floor you book is hers alone — her court, her playlist, her guests, and nobody else’s party through the wall.

Included with every booking
- Banquet tables and Chiavari chairs
- The 3D video wall
- Set-up and break-down
- 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen
- On-site support staff
- Free guest parking

Somewhere for her and the court to get ready
Both getting-ready suites come with every Mansion booking and sit on the same floor as the ballroom. Nobody carries a ballgown up a staircase or crosses a car park in heels.
The larger suite has a full mirrored vanity run with seating for the whole court, so hair and make-up happen here rather than at home with three cars still to load.

Quinceañera questions
How much does a quinceañera venue cost in the Houston area?
At The Hendrix, The Mansion starts at $2,500 and The Dome starts at $1,200. Every rate is published in full by day and time slot on the pricing page. The only other charges are a refundable $500 security deposit, $300 for professional security, and optional 3D video mapping.
How many guests can you seat for a quinceañera?
The Mansion seats 300 guests and holds 350 standing. The Dome upstairs suits 80 guests or fewer. Only one event runs in the building at a time, so whichever room you book, the venue belongs to your family for the day.
Can we bring our own caterer for a quinceañera?
Yes. There is no approved caterer list and no markup on your food bill. Any licensed caterer may use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen, so the family kitchen that has cooked for every celebration can cook for this one.
Is there somewhere for the quinceañera and her court to get ready?
Yes. Both getting-ready suites are included with every Mansion booking and are on the same floor as the ballroom. The larger suite has a full mirrored vanity run with seating for the whole court.
What is included in the price?
Private hire of the space for your booked hours, banquet tables and Chiavari chairs, the 3D video wall, set-up and break-down, on-site support staff, and free guest parking. Set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours.
Can we bring our own DJ and decorator?
Yes. Your own music, decor, photographer and MC. The Hendrix places no restriction on which vendors you hire. Any alcohol served must be poured by a TABC-certified bartender.
