What “all-inclusive” usually hides
Most all-inclusive venues in Houston decide your menu for you. The package price looks tidy until you notice you are paying per head for food you did not choose, from a kitchen you were never allowed to pick.
We start at the other end. The three packages carry the room, the staff, the tables and chairs, the video wall, the effects, the set-up and the clear-down. Catering, bar stock, music and decor then go on top — sourced by you, or sourced by us.
Bring your own and there is no approved list and no percentage of your food bill. Hand it to us and it arrives as one finished package. What you do not get, either way, is somebody else deciding for you.

What it looks like when everything is handled.
A bullet list is a hard way to picture a party. This is a walk through a real event built on the Premium room package with add-ons on top — the photo booth, the effects, the lighting, the suites and the finished tables, filmed on the day rather than described from a brochure.
The list that appears on screen is that couple’s finished portfolio, not the Premium tier on its own. Premium covers the room and the effects; the coordinator, decorator, cake, mocktails and DJ were added to it, which is how most all-inclusive days here get built.

Security applies to events serving alcohol and to events running into the evening; ask us if neither applies to yours. 3D video mapping ranges $0–$500 depending on the content; the calculator uses the top of that range so your number is never a surprise.

Catering
Any licensed caterer, no approved list, no percentage of your food bill, and a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen with the room. Or tell us what you want served and we will arrange it.
The bar
BYOB is permitted. Your TABC-certified bartender sets up and serves what you bring, and the leftovers go home with you. We can also put the whole bar together for you.
Music and decor
Your DJ or band, your decorator, your photographer, your MC — we place no restriction on who you hire. If you would rather not hire anyone, we have people for all of it.

Nothing else is mandatory, and set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours — so choose the slot with that in mind.
Package questions
What is included in an all-inclusive package at The Hendrix?
All three packages include private venue rental, tables and Chiavari chairs for 100 to 350 guests, the 3D video wall, set-up and break-down, and on-site support staff. Standard adds professional event support and DSLR, 360-degree and magazine photobooths. Premium adds cloud effects, a cold sparkler, extended support and priority booking.
Does the all-inclusive package include catering?
It can. The three tiers — Basic, Standard and Premium — cover the room, the staff, the tables and chairs, the video wall and the effects. Catering, bar stock, a DJ, a decorator and a photographer sit on top as add-ons. Bring your own licensed caterer at your own price and use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen, or ask us to arrange the lot so the day arrives as one finished package. Both routes work.
How much do the packages cost?
The Mansion runs from $2,500 for a Monday-to-Thursday daytime Basic booking up to $6,000 for a Saturday or Sunday full-day Premium booking. The Dome is a flat rate: $1,200 daytime, $1,500 evening, $2,000 full day, the same on any day of the week.
What are the extra costs on top of the package?
A refundable $500 security deposit returned after the event, $300 for professional security which is required where alcohol is served, and optional 3D video mapping between $0 and $500. Nothing else is mandatory.

Does set-up time come out of my booked hours?
Yes. Set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours, so choose your slot with that in mind. A full-day booking exists for exactly this reason.
