What “all-inclusive” usually hides
Most all-inclusive venues in Houston bundle the catering, then take a margin on every plate. The number looks tidy until you work out what you are paying per head for food you did not choose from a kitchen you did not pick.
We bundle the things we actually control — the room, the staff, the tables and chairs, the video wall, the effects, the set-up and the clear-down. Your caterer, your bar stock, your DJ and your decorator stay yours. No approved list, no percentage of your food bill.
It is all-inclusive where bundling saves you money, and open where bundling would cost you money.

Security is required for events serving alcohol. 3D video mapping ranges $0–$500 depending on the content; the calculator uses the top of that range so your number is never a surprise.

This covers the venue side in full. What it does not include — deliberately — is catering, bar stock, music and decor, because you buy those direct at your own price with no markup from us.
What stays yours to choose
Catering
Any licensed caterer, no approved list, no percentage. A 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen comes with the room.
The bar
BYOB is permitted. Your TABC-certified bartender sets up and serves what you bring, and the leftovers go home with you.
Music and decor
Your DJ or band, your decorator, your photographer, your MC. We place no restriction on who you hire.

Nothing else is mandatory, and set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours — so choose the slot with that in mind.
Package questions
What is included in an all-inclusive package at The Hendrix?
All three packages include private venue rental, tables and Chiavari chairs for 100 to 350 guests, the 3D video wall, set-up and break-down, and on-site support staff. Standard adds professional event support and DSLR, 360-degree and magazine photobooths. Premium adds cloud effects, a cold sparkler, extended support and priority booking.
Does the all-inclusive package include catering?
No, and that is deliberate. The Hendrix does not bundle catering because bundling it means marking it up. You bring any licensed caterer you choose at your own price, and use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen. The same applies to your bar stock, DJ, decorator and photographer.
How much do the packages cost?
The Mansion runs from $2,500 for a Monday-to-Thursday daytime Basic booking up to $6,000 for a Saturday or Sunday full-day Premium booking. The Dome is a flat rate: $1,200 daytime, $1,500 evening, $2,000 full day, the same on any day of the week.
What are the extra costs on top of the package?
A refundable $500 security deposit returned after the event, $300 for professional security which is required where alcohol is served, and optional 3D video mapping between $0 and $500. Nothing else is mandatory.

The Dome is a single flat rate rather than a tiered package. It includes the room, its own large marble bar, tables, chairs and set-up, at the same price on any day of the week.
Does set-up time come out of my booked hours?
Yes. Set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours, so choose your slot with that in mind. A full-day booking exists for exactly this reason.
