Thirtieth, fortieth, fiftieth, sixtieth — the birthdays that matter get planned for months and photographed all night. What ruins them is a low ceiling, a tired carpet and a bar that closes at eleven.
You get nearly ten thousand square feet on the ground floor, chandeliers, a 3D video wall for the photo reel, and an evening slot that runs to one in the morning.
Bring your own caterer, your own DJ and your own decorator. No approved list and no cut of your food bill — which is usually the difference between a cash bar and an open one.

The entrance
Cloud effects and a cold sparkler come with the Premium package. Add a red carpet and stanchions and the arrival becomes the first photograph of the night.
The dance floor
The Mansion is 9,930 sq ft on one level, so the floor stays open even with three hundred people on their feet and the tables still set.
It runs late
Evening slots run to 1am, full-day bookings from 10am. Your DJ loads in at the door, not down a corridor.

Full rates are on the pricing page, or build a package and see your number. The only other charges are a refundable deposit of $500 in the Mansion or $350 in the Dome, $300 for professional security, a cleaning fee of $350 in the Mansion or $200 in the Dome, optional 3D video mapping, and additional hours at $350 in the Mansion or $200 in the Dome an hour if you run past your booked slot.
Birthday questions
How much does a birthday party venue cost near Houston?
The Dome starts at $1,200 and is the same price on any day of the week. The Mansion starts at $2,500 for a Monday-to-Thursday daytime booking. Every rate by day and slot is published on the pricing page.
How late can a birthday party run?
Evening slots run to 1am, and full-day bookings run from 10am to 1am. Set-up and break-down happen inside your booked hours, so take the full day if the decor is elaborate.
Can we bring our own DJ, caterer and decorator?
Yes. There is no approved supplier list and no cut taken from your food bill. Your DJ loads in at the door, and a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen comes with the room for your caterer.
How many guests can you hold for a milestone birthday?
The Mansion seats 300 and holds 350 standing across 9,930 sq ft on one level, so the dance floor stays open at full capacity. The Dome upstairs suits 80 or fewer.
Can we have a grand entrance with effects?
Yes. Cloud effects and a cold sparkler are included with the Premium package, and the 3D video wall can run a photo reel behind the entrance. A red carpet and stanchions can be arranged.
What are the extra costs?
A refundable $500 security deposit, $300 for professional security which is required where alcohol is served, and optional 3D video mapping between $0 and $500. Nothing else is mandatory.
