Stafford · Minutes from Sugar Land
Four years of work deserves more than a back yard.
Room for 350, your own caterer, and a wall you can put the whole photo reel on.
From $1,200 · Free guest parking · May and June book early
Everyone graduates the same weekend
That is the whole problem. Restaurants are full, the house will not hold both sides of the family, and the ceremony itself gives you four tickets and a car park two miles away.
A room of your own solves it. Nearly ten thousand square feet on the ground floor, free parking at the door for every aunt and cousin who turns up, and a 3D video wall you can run four years of photographs across while people eat.
Bring your own caterer. No approved list and no cut of your food bill — so the food is the food your family actually wants.

Included with every booking
- Tables and Chiavari chairs
- The 3D video wall
- Set-up and break-down
- 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen
- On-site support staff
- Free guest parking

Book the date before the gowns arrive
May and June go first
Graduation weekends are the most contested dates of the year in this part of Houston. If the ceremony date is published, the party date should be held.
Daytime is cheaper
A Monday-to-Thursday daytime booking in the Mansion starts at $2,500 against $3,500 on a Saturday. Many graduation lunches sit mid-week anyway.
The photo reel
The 3D video wall is included, so four years of pictures can run all afternoon without hiring a screen and a technician.

Graduation questions
How much does a graduation party venue cost near Houston?
The Mansion at The Hendrix starts at $2,500 for a Monday-to-Thursday daytime booking against $3,500 on a Saturday. The Dome starts at $1,200 and is the same price any day of the week.
How many guests can you hold for a graduation party?
The Mansion seats 300 and holds 350 standing across 9,930 sq ft on one level, with step-free access. The Dome upstairs suits 80 or fewer for a close-family lunch or dinner.
Can we bring our own caterer for a graduation party?
Yes. There is no approved caterer list and no percentage taken from your food bill. A 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen comes with the room.
Can we show a photo slideshow?
Yes. A 3D video wall is included with every booking, so years of photographs can run through the afternoon without hiring a screen and a technician separately.
When should we book a graduation party?
As soon as the ceremony date is published. May and June weekends are the most contested dates of the year in this part of Houston, and mid-week daytime slots are both cheaper and easier to secure.
Is there parking for family and guests?
Yes. Parking is free, on site and well lit, which matters when relatives are arriving straight from a ceremony with limited tickets and distant parking.
