Most venues have a list. This is not that.
Event venues tend to publish six categories and quietly hope your event is one of them. Ours are not categories, they are just rooms — nearly ten thousand square feet on the ground floor and two thousand upstairs — and what happens in them is up to you.
We have hosted things that never made it onto a page: a family reunion with four generations in it, a retirement dinner for someone who hates a fuss, a pageant, a launch, a watch party that ran until one in the morning.
Bring your own caterer, your own music, your own decorator. No approved list, no percentage of your food bill, and only one event in the building at a time.

Common questions
What kinds of events can I book The Hendrix for?
Almost anything. Beyond weddings, showers and corporate events, The Hendrix hosts family reunions, retirement dinners, anniversaries, product launches, pageants, award ceremonies, dance recitals, sports banquets, watch parties and seasonal celebrations. If it is legal, safe and fits in the room, the answer is usually yes.
How many guests can you hold?
The Mansion seats 300 and holds 350 standing across 9,930 sq ft on one level. The Dome upstairs suits 80 or fewer and has its own marble bar and washroom. Only one event runs in the building at a time.
Can I bring my own caterer, DJ and decorator?
Yes. There is no approved supplier list and no percentage taken from your food bill. A 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen comes with the room.
What does it cost?
The Dome starts at $1,200 and is the same price on any day of the week. The Mansion starts at $2,500. Every rate by day and slot is published on the pricing page.
My event does not fit any of your categories. Can I still book?
Yes, and that is what this page is for. Describe what you are planning when you enquire and we will tell you straight whether the room works for it.
