Most venues hand you a room and a list of things you may not do. We hand you the room, the tables, the Chiavari chairs, both bars, the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen, both getting-ready suites, and a concierge who stays until the last chair is folded.
The Mansion and the Dome are never booked at the same time, so there is no second reception humming through the wall and no other couple’s guests in your photographs.
Bring your own caterer, or let us arrange one. No approved list, no markup on a food bill you book yourself, and no one telling your family what they may serve.

One real wedding, start to finish
Before you book a room, watch one being used.
Photographs flatter a venue. A moving camera is harder to argue with — it shows you the ceiling height, the way the light actually falls, and what the Mansion looks like once somebody’s decorator has finished with it.
This is one real reception, filmed on the day: the floral installation, the head table, the uplighting, the long run of tables set and waiting in a room that seats three hundred. Nothing staged for the camera, and not a single frame borrowed from another venue.
The room, the staff and the set-up are ours. The caterer, the bar, the DJ and the decorator can be yours to choose or ours to arrange — whichever you would rather, as described further down this page.
Somewhere to get ready
Both suites are included with every Mansion booking, on the same floor as the ballroom, so nobody is carrying a dress up a staircase or crossing a car park in heels.
The bride’s suite has a full mirrored vanity run with seating for the whole party, and the groom’s room is set up for the morning to be spent somewhere other than a hotel lobby.

Your vendors, or ours
Your caterer
Any licensed caterer, no approved list, no percentage of your food bill. Jollof, biryani, halal, barbecue, or your aunt’s kitchen. Or hand the catering to us and we will arrange it.
Your bar
BYOB is permitted. Everything you bring is set up and served by your TABC-certified bartender, and whatever is left goes home with you. We can also run the bar for you.
Everyone else
Your DJ or band, your decorator, your photographer, your MC — we place no restriction on who you hire. Prefer not to hire them yourself? We can supply all of it.

How many guests can The Hendrix hold for a wedding?
The Mansion seats 300 guests and holds 350 standing across 9,930 sq ft. The Dome upstairs is best for 80 guests or fewer. The two rooms are never booked at the same time, so whichever you choose, the building is yours for the day.
How much does a wedding at The Hendrix cost?
The Mansion starts at $2,500 and the Dome starts at $1,200. Both include banquet tables, Chiavari chairs, set-up, a bar, an on-site concierge and free guest parking. See the pricing page for rates by day and time slot.
Can we bring our own caterer for our wedding?
Yes. There is no approved caterer list, and no markup on your food bill when you bring your own — any licensed caterer may use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen. The same applies to your DJ, decorator, photographer and MC. If you would rather not source them yourself, we can supply those roles and build them into your package instead.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, BYOB is permitted. All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bar company or bartender, whose certificate is provided five days before the wedding. Anything left over is returned to you at the end of the night.
Are there bride's and groom's suites?
Yes, both are included with every Mansion booking and are on the same floor as the ballroom. The bride's suite has a full mirrored vanity run with seating for the whole party.
Is there parking for wedding guests?
Yes. Parking is free, on site, well lit, and large enough that guests do not have to circle or pay. The venue is at 1250 Texas Parkway, Stafford, TX 77477, about 20 minutes from downtown Houston.
Do you host Nigerian, Indian and other cultural weddings?
Yes. The Hendrix regularly hosts Owambe, South Asian and other cultural celebrations. Because you may bring any caterer you choose, families are free to use the kitchen that cooks the food their celebration calls for.
