Most venues quote a company party per head and bundle the catering, which is where the margin sits. We charge for the room and let you buy the food direct — any licensed caterer, no approved list, no percentage of your bill.
For a 200-person holiday party that difference is usually thousands of dollars, and it is the difference between an open bar and a cash bar.
Free parking for every guest, on site, well lit. Nobody expenses a parking garage and nobody arrives late having circled the block.

Holiday parties
November and December book out across September and October. If the date matters, it is worth calling before the calendar closes.
Weeknights cost less
A Monday-to-Thursday evening in the Mansion starts at $2,800 against $4,000 on a Saturday evening, and a weeknight daytime booking starts at $2,500. Most company parties are on a weeknight anyway.

Every rate for both rooms is published in full on the pricing page, or you can build a package and see the number. The only other charges are a refundable deposit of $500 in the Mansion or $350 in the Dome, a cleaning fee of $350 in the Mansion or $200 in the Dome, optional 3D video mapping, and additional hours at $350 in the Mansion or $200 in the Dome an hour if you run past your booked slot. A $300 professional security fee also applies, and it is mandatory for any event booked into the evening, any event that runs on into the evening, and any event serving alcohol.

A 9am–3pm daytime booking starts at $2,500 in the Mansion and $1,200 in the Dome, with the video wall for slides.
Offsites and away days
The Dome takes a department comfortably, with its own bar and washroom so the group never leaves the floor.
Client receptions
Evening slots run to 1am. Bring your own caterer and bar, served by a TABC-certified bartender.

How much does a company holiday party venue cost near Houston?
At The Hendrix, a Monday-to-Thursday evening in The Mansion starts at $2,800 and a Saturday evening from $4,000. The Dome is $1,500 for an evening on any day. Most company parties fall on a weeknight, which is the cheaper slot.
How many people can you hold for a corporate event?
The Mansion seats 300 and holds 350 standing across 9,930 sq ft. The Dome upstairs suits 80 or fewer for team dinners, training days and board meetings. Only one event runs in the building at a time.
Can we use our own caterer for a company party?
Yes. There is no approved caterer list and no percentage taken from your food bill, which is where most per-head venue quotes hide their margin. Any licensed caterer may use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen.
Is there AV for presentations?
A 3D video wall is included in every package, so you can run slides, a brand reel, the year's numbers or a countdown without hiring an AV company separately. Cloud effects and a cold sparkler come with the Premium package.
Is parking free for staff and guests?
Yes. Parking is free, on site and well lit, with enough space that nobody has to expense a garage or circle the block.

When should we book a holiday party?
