For funeral directors · Stafford, Houston
One call, one answer, one room held.
A private reception venue you can offer a family with confidence — 20 to 300 guests, provisional dates held on the phone and confirmed in writing the same day.
Provisional holds by phone · Rate sheet kept on file with your office · One event at a time
You are usually asked at the worst possible moment
The arrangement conference is nearly over, the family has just settled the hard decisions, and someone asks where everyone is supposed to go afterwards. You need somewhere you can name without hedging, and a date you can hold before the conversation moves on.
That is what this page is for. Call us with a date and a rough head count and you will get a straight answer while the family is still in the room — not a callback, not a form, not a wait.
We hold the date provisionally on the call and confirm it in writing the same day. If we cannot take it, we will say so plainly rather than leave it open.

How we work with your firm
Four things, and none of them require your team to chase us.
Holding a date
Tell us the day and an approximate number. We hold it provisionally on the call and send written confirmation the same day, addressed to whoever you nominate — your office or the family directly.
On file with your office
We are glad to keep a current rate sheet and room photographs with you, so your arranger can show a family their options without calling us first. When prices change, we send the replacement sheet.
A standing arrangement
If your firm places families here more than once or twice a year, we would rather set that up properly than handle each one from scratch. Ask us about a referral arrangement and we will put the terms in writing.
One point of contact
You deal with the same person, and so does the family. There is an on-site concierge for the day itself, so nothing routes back through your office once the booking is made.
Two rooms, and what they cost
The Mansion and the Dome are never booked at the same time. Whichever a family takes, the building is theirs for the day.

Ground floor
The Mansion
- SizeAbout 10,000 sq ft
- Seated300 guests
- Standing350 guests
- Step-freeYes, from the main door
- From$2,500
Takes a full congregation, and takes the service itself when a family would rather hold everything in one place. Prep kitchen and both suites are on the same floor.

Upstairs
The Dome
- SizeAbout 2,000 sq ft
- Best for80 guests or fewer
- Own barLarge marble bar
- Any daySame price
- From$1,200
The right size for a family-only repast. Priced the same on any day of the week, which makes it straightforward to quote.
The additional fees, in full
So your arranger can quote a family accurately without calling us: a cleaning fee of $350 for the Mansion or $200 for the Dome, and a $300 security fee where alcohol is served or the event runs into the evening. A refundable security deposit is held — $500 for the Mansion, $350 for the Dome — and returned after the event. Additional hours beyond the booked slot are $350 per hour in the Mansion and $200 per hour in the Dome. There is no catering markup and no approved supplier list.
What we take off your team
Tables and chairs are set to the family’s layout before the first car arrives, and cleared afterwards. Nobody from your firm and nobody from the family stacks a chair here.
The family’s own caterer is welcome, with a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen for them and no percentage taken. There is a private suite off the main floor for the immediate family, and an on-site concierge for the whole booking.
Parking is free, directly outside, and large enough for a full congregation. The ground-floor room is step-free from the main entrance, and there is a loading door at the side for florists, caterers and equipment.

Included in every booking
- Banquet tables and chairs, set and cleared
- 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen
- The family’s own caterer welcome
- No catering markup
- Private family suite
- On-site concierge throughout
- Step-free ground-floor access
- Free guest parking
Logistics your arrangers will ask about
Timing and short notice
Most of these bookings come in with a week’s notice or less, and both rooms are usually available on the weekdays when services are held. Additional hours can be added on the day at the rates above.
Access and arrival
Free parking directly outside for a full congregation. Step-free entry to the ground-floor room. A side loading door for florists, caterers and equipment, so nothing comes through the guest entrance.
Where we are
1250 Texas Parkway, Stafford — 20 minutes from downtown Houston, 10 from Sugar Land Town Square, and a short drive from most funeral homes and churches in the southwest corridor.
Why firms send families here
Nothing comes back to your desk.
Once the date is confirmed, the family deals with us and the day is run by our concierge. Firms tell us that is the part that matters: they can recommend the room without inheriting the afternoon.
Questions funeral directors ask
Can you hold a date while I am still with the family?

The Mansion seats 300 and holds 350 standing, from $2,500. The Dome suits 80 guests or fewer, from $1,200, and is the same price on any day. The two are never booked at the same time, so whichever a family takes, the building is theirs for the day.

A cleaning fee of $350 in the Mansion or $200 in the Dome, and a $300 security fee where alcohol is served or the event runs into the evening.
