Anniversaries, conventions, harvest and thanksgiving services, ordinations, banquets and youth conferences all hit the same wall: the church hall seats a fraction of the congregation, and a hotel ballroom charges per head for food nobody chose.
Bring your own caterer. No approved list, no percentage of your food bill, and a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen. For congregations with dietary requirements — halal, vegetarian, or a particular kitchen the community trusts — that is the whole point.
Only one event runs in the building at a time, so the space is genuinely private.

Sunday mornings and midweek programmes
Some congregations take this room every Sunday. Others take it four times a year for a convention, a conference or a banquet. Both work here, for different reasons.
Sunday services
Seating for 350 theatre-style with step-free access from the car park, a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen for the fellowship meal afterwards, and only one congregation in the building at a time. Set-up from early morning is part of the booking, not an extra.
Midweek is cheaper
A Monday-to-Thursday daytime booking in the Mansion starts at $2,500 against $3,500 on a Saturday, so bible study, rehearsals, conferences and training days cost materially less than a weekend rate.
Hold the whole year
If you meet weekly, monthly or quarterly, ask us to block the dates for the year in one conversation rather than booking each one. The 3D video wall comes with every booking, so lyrics, slides and livestream backdrops never need a hired screen.

Questions from congregations
Can our church or congregation hire the venue?
Yes. The Hendrix hosts anniversaries, conventions, thanksgiving and harvest services, ordinations, banquets and youth conferences for congregations of any faith or tradition. The Mansion holds up to 350.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. There is no approved caterer list and no percentage taken from your food bill. For congregations needing halal, vegetarian or a specific community kitchen, that is the whole point. A 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen is included.
