The maths of a charity dinner is unforgiving. Every dollar the venue takes on a catering percentage is a dollar that never reaches the programme, and a per-head hotel package can quietly eat a third of what the evening raises.
We charge for the room and nothing else. No approved caterer list, no cut of your food bill, and a 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen so a donated caterer or a volunteer kitchen can work properly rather than out of a corner.
Weekday programmes cost materially less, and if you run something monthly we will block the dates for the year in one conversation.

Do you host non-profit and charity events?
Yes. The Hendrix hosts fundraising galas, awareness evenings, scholarship dinners, youth conferences, volunteer briefings and community programmes. The Mansion holds up to 350 and the Dome suits 80 or fewer.
Do you take a percentage of catering for a fundraiser?
No. The Hendrix charges for the room and takes no cut of your food bill, which matters when every dollar is meant to reach the cause. A donated caterer or volunteer kitchen may use the 1,000 sq ft prep kitchen.
